Club / Inters away day ride, Cafe stop is around half way round this is a fairly hilly route and open to all members but make sure you are aware of route and profile as if your unable to complete you may be on your own to get back to the start point.
There are two route options the Trough Loop 9am start and the loop including a ride there and back 6am start from the Mull.

We meet at the Mulberry Tree, Stockton Heath, WA4 2AF and leave at 6AM prompt for the long route.
Bikes MUST be in good working order and you MUST have a helmet. You need to carry a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and when necessary you should also have lights.
General Rules:
– Please keep pavements clear at meeting points, be respectful of pedestrians.
– Riders must ride maximum two abreast – not four! – and on the left hand side of the road – safety first!
– We generally ride as a single group, unless we have 12 or more riders when we would split into 2 groups (assuming we have enough ride leaders to accommodate this)
– Riders must have someone they can phone in case of emergencies and mechanical failure – it is not the responsibility of the leaders to fix a bike – but they will help if they can.
